Delivery
The course is delivered online. There is an optional weekly support session with the course trainer, delivered via Zoom, to complement the online learning materials.
Entry Requirements

- Must have completed a qualification at Certificate III level or higher, OR
- Hold a minimum of two years equivalent full-time work experience in a role that requires the use of written documentation and communication
- Must have access to a workplace
