Entry Requirements
You must have completed:
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) specialisation, or,
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) specialisation, or,
- CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set
It is preferred that the students have obtained a minimum of a school certificate or equivalent.

Subjects
A total of 10 units are required to complete this qualification; seven (7) core and three (3) elective units. Entry requirements may vary dependent on unit selection and delivery method.
