Develop high-level sought-after leadership, policy analysis, legislative compliance and strategic communication skills with a deep understanding of the ethics and principles underpinning all aspects of the public service with our Diploma of Government (PSP50116).
It is ideal for those with a diverse range of responsibilities to build a strong foundation of competencies required for independent and self-directed work in a range of public sector settings, by applying learnt theoretical knowledge of emotional intelligence, negotiation, analysis, research and project management skills.

Education Requirements
- Year 12 ; Or
- Certificate IV level qualification; OR

- 3 + years of RELEVANT work experience; OR
- 5 + years on ANY work experience
Professional Recognition
The attainment of the Diploma of Government will allow for:
- articulation into higher awards including a range of undergraduate and postgraduate awards offered by the University of New England (UNE) Business School.*
